2. Use of This Website

We take reasonable care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and availability may occasionally change or contain errors.

Your use of this website is at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on website information, temporary website unavailability, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

3. Business and Consumer Sales

Our products are primarily intended for trade, industrial and commercial use. However, where we sell to a consumer, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect any statutory rights that apply under UK law.

If you place an order in the course of business, you agree that the purchase is made for business purposes unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Product Suitability

It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods ordered are suitable for your intended application, including compatibility, specification, connection type, pressure rating, performance and operating conditions.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your needs, you should contact us before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility where a product ordered by you proves unsuitable for the purpose you intended.

Products that have been used, fitted, altered or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Any order placed through this website is subject to our acceptance. An order acknowledgement or confirmation email does not mean that a binding contract has been formed.

A contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched, or, in the case of special-order, made-to-order or assembled items, when processing, sourcing, assembly or manufacture begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, including where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or any other valid commercial reason.

6. Product Descriptions and Images

We aim to describe products as accurately as possible. However, manufacturers may change design, finish, packaging or technical details without notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly match the goods supplied. Minor variations in appearance, branding, finish or packaging do not necessarily mean the goods are incorrect or faulty.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics and images, is owned by us or used under licence and must not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at checkout where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing is correct. If a pricing error is identified before dispatch, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot contact you, the order may be treated as cancelled and any payment received will be refunded.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods shown on the website at the time of ordering.

We may also accept bank transfer, card payment by telephone, or approved account terms where agreed in advance.

All online payment transactions are processed using secure encrypted systems provided by third-party payment processors.

9. Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the goods ordered.

We aim to deliver stocked items within the timescale shown on the website or advised at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Some products are held in UK stock, while others are sourced to order. If an item is not available for immediate dispatch, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer the option to wait, proceed on the revised lead time, or cancel the order.

We may deliver an order in instalments or multiple packages where practical.

Risk in the goods passes in accordance with applicable law and our Delivery & Returns Policy.

10. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the goods, or because the delivery information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, the courier may leave instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.

Where goods are returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal of delivery, or lack of collection, we reserve the right to charge additional carriage costs before re-dispatching the order.

11. Business Returns

For business customers, we are not obliged to accept returns of non-faulty goods unless agreed in writing in advance.

Where we agree to accept a business return, the goods must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. A reasonable restocking charge may apply. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

We may refuse returns for goods that have been used, fitted, specially ordered, cut to length, assembled to specification, or otherwise made non-resaleable.

12. Consumer Purchases

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have legal rights to cancel certain online orders and to return faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where consumer cancellation rights apply, goods must be returned in accordance with the instructions we provide. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or restricts any statutory rights that apply to consumers.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

You should inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us promptly with full details and, where possible, photographs. We may ask you to return the goods for inspection, or we may arrange collection depending on the circumstances.

Where a valid fault claim is accepted, we may repair, replace or refund the item, depending on the product and the nature of the issue.

14. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, many products supplied by us carry a manufacturer’s warranty or a 12-month return-to-base warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, consumable parts, seals, bearings, swivels, hoses, nozzles or similar items that are subject to normal use. It also does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, poor installation, freezing, contamination, impact, chemical damage, or unauthorised repair or dismantling.

Goods used for hire, rental or loan purposes are not covered unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where a warranty claim is disputed, the product may need to be inspected by the manufacturer or an authorised assessment centre before a decision is made.

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods for inspection, repair or warranty assessment.

15. Special Order, Made-to-Order and Cut-to-Length Goods

Goods specially sourced, assembled to order, manufactured to specification, cut to length, or otherwise obtained specifically for your order cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or returned once processing has begun.

Estimated delivery times for such goods are approximate only and may change due to supplier schedules or transport delays beyond our reasonable control.

If a special-order item is substantially delayed and has not yet been dispatched or committed into production, we may, at our discretion, allow cancellation.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill arising from business purchases.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods, except where law requires otherwise.

17. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising in connection with the website or any order placed through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
